在教育发展更加成熟的今天,除了“智育”以外,家长们也对“德育”有了更多的关注,品德教育更是学校开展教学工作的重要方向,无论从社会层面,还是学生自身发展来讲,德育都是不可忽视或者轻视的教育板块。

关于德育,著名教育社会学家谢维和曾指出“德育与智育不可分割”。如果说智育是学校的生命线,那么德育就是学校的一道风景线,德育工作的开展不仅能塑造学生良好品德习惯和规范作风,更能带动学生的学习积极性和自主思考能力。

About moral education, famous education sociologist Xie Weihe once pointed out that 'moral education and intellectual education are inseparable'. 上海诺美学校旨在培养富有文化修养与社会责任,兼具中华情怀及国际胸襟的世界公民,对品德教育也十分关注,对此制定了三个层次的工作目标:纪律管理、促进教学、德育教育,紧紧围绕“志存高远,脚踏实地”的校训,创新教育载体、真抓实干。

NAIS aims at developing the rich culture and social responsibility, both the feelings and international mind citizens of the world, is very concerned about on moral education, to set the aims of three levels: discipline management, promote the teaching and moral education, closely around the school motto of 'Stand Tall. 在之前的文章中,我们对促进教学板块进行了展开说明,工作内容包括学生处和班主任抓班风、学风,与学生谈心谈话、家校联系等方法帮助学生提高学习成绩等,为接下来更加深入的品德教育打基础。

除了促进教学的落地工作以外,思想层面、品质内容的板块教育也尤为重要。为了全方面、多层次地塑造学生良好品德,规范行为、体验中国传统文化,学校开展了一系列德育主题工作,如传统节日活动、志愿者公益活动、心理咨询及科普讲座等等,从学生自身出发,潜移默化中达到德育目标。

在11月德育主题月期间,学校开展感恩主题国旗演讲、消防演习等教育主题活动,帮助塑造中学生的精神内涵和优秀道德品质。

在日常学生管理工作中,对全校学生开展心理普查工作、开设心理课、心理知识讲座,每年5月是学校的心理健康教育宣传月,将会开展心理知识竞赛、心理剧比赛、心理影片赏析、心理素质拓展训练等活动,增强学生对心理健康的认识,提升自我管理的技能。

志愿活动丰富育人载体

Voluntary activities enrich the carrier of education


志愿者活动为学生接触社会、参与社会搭建平台。中学生在社会实践中了解社会、提升思想,找寻自己的社会价值和人生,同时也有助于中学生更新观念、吸收新的思想与知识。

Volunteer activities build a platform for students to contact and participate in the society. In social practice, middle school students learn about the society, improve their thinking, and find their own social value and life. Meanwhile, it is also helpful for middle school students to update their ideas and absorb new ideas and knowledge.

为了树立学生身边的学习榜样,展示学生们奋发向上的精神风貌,本月学校还进行了2019-2020学年第一学期上半学期的评优表彰,主要进行勤学之星、进步之星、管理之星、礼仪之星及文明宿舍几个角度,评选出表现优秀的同学,并予以表彰。

To set good examples among students, recognize the students’ progress, we’ve just issued the awards for the 1st semester of 2019-2020 academic year, mainly to give honors to those students with outstanding performance in an overall way.
