NAIS运动会 | “此次活动增强我们的自信心，并且了解现代社会所必需的合作与竞争意识。”
On May 18th 2021, NAIS held our annual SPORTS DAY. Overall it was an extremely enjoyable day as the students took a well-earned rest from their studies as they focused on team work, corporation and developing their own personal fitness. “The students are divided into three groups based on different grades. They went to the designated place and participate in activities at different times. All the students participated in this activity, students can choose the sports they are good at or like to participate in. Students who are not good at sports can also participate in group sports in the class.”

Holding this activity can exercise students' body and mind, activate campus atmosphere, and enhance students' collective concept. From this activity, students would enhance their self-confidence and understand the sense of cooperation and competition necessary for modern society. I have applied for many sprinting events and some skill events. I think I can win a medal for our class. I like throwing baseball best because I'm interested in the way the ball produces power.

I participated in the "Ten People and Nine Legs" project, because this project can deepen the relationship between students and make progress and grow together. I also want to make a contribution to this class, so in addition to ten people and nine legs, I also signed up for tug-of-war, solid ball, baseball, bench press, rugby and other projects. I also work out more often before a competition and watch videos of Olympic athletes online. In the process of training, I still met some difficulties. When I was hesitating whether to sign up for the sports meeting, the teacher strengthened my determination, let me regain confidence, and gave me the hope of success. In this sport, I hold the mentality of friendship first, competition second. However, I am still very confident that I will beat my friends in this sports meeting.
